At FRUiTS Children's Clothing, your satisfaction is very important to us, a happy customer is someone who will tell their friends about us and come back to shop with us again!

We understand that it can be difficult to buy clothing online. If for some reason you are unhappy with the items you receive, we will be very happy to accept a return for an exchange or refund as long as the items are returned in their original condition.

If you wish for an exchange or return, please notify us via email within seven days of receipt of your items prior to sending the item back. 

Once we receive the unwanted items, refund or exchange will be processed. 

We are sorry that the postage and packaging will not be refundable.
